Waitlist and Genesis

Joining the waitlist#

The waitlist requires an email address, an EVM or Solana wallet address and consent to launch updates. Successful registration creates your member ID, share card and referral link.

Your referral count tracks active registrations attributed to your link. Clicks alone do not count. Duplicate registrations do not add another referral, and deleted registrations can reduce the active count.

Public share cards show your member identity and completion status, not your email, wallet address or private referral count. Wallet format validation does not prove wallet ownership, and email registration does not verify mailbox ownership.

Your browser session gives access to private member details and referral counts. The current system has no verified-email login or cross-device recovery flow. Keep access to that session if you need to manage the entry.

Whitelisted users will be considered for allocation if the $WIND Genesis is oversubscribed. Whitelisting does not guarantee an allocation, distribute tokens or give trading privileges.

Genesis contributions#

Windup Genesis is a separate contribution service. Follow the live instructions for the selected asset and chain. The receiving instructions and invoice beneficiary must match your intended contribution.

A detected source payment, a confirmed settlement and a token distribution are different steps. A payment on another chain does not immediately become spendable exchange USDC. Bridging and conversion remain separate operations.

The Genesis collector has an $80,000 lifetime cap. That cap is not exchange liquidity or a guarantee of token allocation. The exchange launch factory does not create or distribute $WIND.
